ABIGAIL YEATES ARCHITECT can provide four main stages of work. These are:

• Feasibility
• Planning
• Tender
• Construction

Having received Planning Permission the project is ready to move in to the construction stages. The project is now put out to tender.

Working with all relevant consultants, we will produce the detailed drawing package and specification that will be issued to selected builders and contactors. This information will be used to both price and programme the work.

We work closely with the client at this stage to help shortlist potential contractors and would expect this to entail interviews and visits to their respective completed builds. We will assist the client in their decision on the award of the contract.
