On awarding the contract, we complete the construction set of documents. The construction information is issued and work begins on-site.
Should it be appropriate we will now be engaged as Contract Administrator, as such we will make regular visits to site to verify the work, meeting with the builder, client and consultant team as necessary. We will issue instructions to the builder, deal with any changes or variations and value the works at regular intervals.
Once the contract administrator has confirmed that the works defined in the contract are complete the site is handed back to the client along with a final set of ‘as constructed’ drawings.
