The route that this stage takes will depend on the specifics of the project.
The Project may meet Permitted Development criteria and not require a full planning submission, or it may require Listed Building Consent.
Advice from a specialist Planning Consultant, and a pre-application consultation with the relevant planning authority may be appropriate.
We are able to compile the design information required, fill in the forms and submit and monitor the application.
